Jade lockets – Lunar New Year

Task: Reproduction of traditional jade lockets in large-scale format.

Challenge: Give the illusion of jade while remaining as lightweight as possible.

Our solution: To achieve the required lightness, 3D printing was essential. Each locket is cut into several parts and assembled. A patina completes the jade illusion. Without 3D printing, it would have been much more difficult to achieve the desired translucency.
