"Être dans son assiette", presented in 1991, was one of the first major exhibitions on food at the Musée de la civilisation in Quebec City. More than three decades ago, Studio Artefact collaborated on the production of the sets for this project highlighting Quebecers' eating habits, from the shopping cart to the plate.
